Passwords are becoming a thing of the past. Panjo recently eliminated passwords. Why? In short, we wanted to streamline our sign-in process and make it as secure and simple to use as possible, regardless of the platform (mobile, desktop, tablet). Passwords are neither secure or simple, often requiring multiple criteria (lowercase, uppercase, numbers, special characters) in order to be approved making them extremely hard to remember. Passwords are cumbersome to type on mobile and people end up re-using their passwords even when they know they shouldn't!
If someone guesses or cracks your password, they gain access to your account until you change your password, which might not be for a long time. You might never even know that they have access.
You can now easily sign-in/sign-up for Panjo without a password by authenticating through Facebook/Google or by simply providing an email. With our email-only system, you're automatically notified when someone tries to sign in, the sign in link expires after a short amount of time and it can only be used once. Panjo will keep you signed-in to your trusted device until you decide to log out.
